Full Terms and Conditions:Can all customers who book please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
- This offer is brought to you from Medieval Mayhem (location) and Kidzone Inflatable Sheffield (Bouncy Castle provider)
- You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and this should be brought with you on the day of your booking either printed out or on your mobile device
- Although staff will be present in the Car Park for assistance, this event is Parental Supervision Indoors and Outdoors alike
- We have no control over the weather and tickets are non-refundable however if rain means that the Castles can not be safely used please discuss with the Manager on Duty and we maybe able to reschedule your tickets for a different date
- Once you have reserved your time and date, it is non transferable online, please contact us if you need to change it
- Late arrival for your session, does not result in a late finish to your session, the end time must remain in place as there may well be a booking that follows yours.
- As we work these session on a capacity basis, we are unable to refund pre-paid tickets – but at Managers Discretion we may be able to move them to another day if there is space.
- The Castles and Assault Course is provided and Insured By Kidzone Inflatable
