Full Terms and Conditions:
Can all customers who book a party please be aware of the following terms and conditions:
- Once you have reserved your time and date, we will be in contact to discuss meal choices and optional extras.
- All our parties have a minimum of 10 Children required or the equivalent charge will be made at the end of the party
- You will receive an email confirmation of your booking and this should be brought with you on the day of your booking either printed out or on your mobile device
- The final balance is due on the day and is dependant on numbers that actually attend with a minimum of 10 children.
- All parties are 2 hours in length, however if booking party extras, we can start the party half an hour earlier to accommodate these extras
- We require customers to leave promptly at the end of the party as we require the full time for cleaning in between sessions, late arrival for your session, does not result in a late finish to your session, the end time must remain in place
- Any bookings unable to be fulfilled due to closure of the centre regarding a local lockdown reference Covid-19 will be refunded, however if the centre is open during a local lockdown and you choose not to attend this would not be refunded, however at the Managers discretion we may be able to relocate your booking to another date.
